The posting

Разрабатывает или принимает участие в разработке локальных нормативных документов. 2.2. Оказывает правовую помощь в оформлении различного рода правовых документов. 2.3.Осуществляет регистрацию учредительных документов Учреждения, вносит изменения в учредительные документы. 2.4. Осуществляет регистрацию документов по недвижимому имуществу и земле Учреждения. 2.5. Оформляет приказы по основной деятельности Учреждения и ведет журнал регистрации приказов основной деятельности Учреждения. 2.6.Подготавливает предложения об издании, изменении действующих или отмене утративших силу приказов по основной деятельности Учреждения и других локально - нормативных актов, изданных в Учреждении. 2.7. Ведет работу по систематизированному учету и хранению действующих законодательных нормативных актов, производит отметки об их отмене, изменениях и дополнениях. 2.8.Подготавливает материалы о хищениях, недостачах, растратах, невыполнений должностных инструкций, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка и иных правонарушений для вынесения административного взыскания, а также передача их в следственные и судебные органы. 2.9. Оформляет документы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. 2.10.Принимает участие в подготовке заключения по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности Учреждения, проектов нормативных актов, а также в разработке по совершенствованию деятельности Учреждения. 2.11.Осуществляет информирование работников Учреждения о действующем законодательстве и изменениях в нем, ознакомление должностных лиц Учреждения с нормативными правовыми актами, относящимися к их деятельности. 2.12.Консультирует работников Учреждения по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам, подготавливает заключения, оказывает содействие в оформлении документов и актов имущественно - правового характера. 2.13.Подготавливает своевременную актуальную информацию о коррупции и размещает ее в разделе Противодействие коррупции на официальном сайте учреждения. 2.14.Осуществляет проведение экспертизы организационно-распорядительных документов учреждения на коррупциогенность. 2.15.Заверяет копии подлинных учредительных документов Учреждения, предоставляемые органам, для осуществления их перерегистрации и др. 2.16.Участвует в субботниках по уборке территории Учреждения.
