Уважаемые соискатели, просьба при отклике на вакансию указывать ваши зарплатные ожидания! В дружный профессиональный коллектив активно развивающейся строительной компании (генподряд) ООО "СИСТЕМА" требуется инженер ПТО (на объекты строительства, строительство ЖК или МДЦ) Обязанности: Входной контроль рабочей документации (далее РД). Сопоставление её документацией стадии ПД. Ведение реестра выдачи РД от подрядчика нам, от нас Заказчику, от Заказчика нам, от нас подрядчику. Подготовка комплектов РД для выдачи в производство работ на площадку строительства подрядным организациям. Навыки работы с различными форматами бумаги умение обращаться с МФУ и широкоформатными плоттерами. Проверка спецификаций по РД на наличие ошибок. Формирование спецификаций по собственным расчётам в ПК AutoCAD, в том числе выгрузка спецификаций из Revit, и формирование отчётов с помощью модуля Quantification в ПК Navisworks. Подсчет объемов по видам строительно-монтажных работ, включая внутренние инженерные сети (коммуникации) по разделам ЭОМ, ОВ и ВК, СС. Ведение учета объемов выполненных работ и составление актов о приемке скрытых работ, актов приемки ответственных конструкций. Сбор исходных данных для разработки проекта производства работ. Участие в еженедельных совещаниях с представителями Заказчика, проектными организациями, ведение протокола совещаний. Взаимодействие с линейными инженерами ПТО, участие при необходимости в подготовке комплектов ИД по общестроительным работам по текущим проектам. Подготовка ППР на СМР по внутренним инженерным сетям. Подготовка ВОР по разделам ЭОМ, СС, ОВ и ВК. Требования: Высшее профессиональное или среднее профессиональное образование (техническое), в приоритете строительное (ПГС). Опыт работы на аналогичных должностях от 3 лет. Уверенный пользователь Excel, Word, Revit, Navisworks, Acrobat, Exon, Pilot. Умение обращаться с копировальными устройствами, в том числе широкоформатными плоттерами Обязательно знание и умение работать в AutoCAD. Наличие опыта в подготовке графиков производства работ. Отслеживание графика по проектированию и СМР. Опыт в подготовке ППРов и Техкарт, знание руководящих документов, регламентирующих их состав и наполнение. Проверка и согласование ППРов и техкарт от подрядных организаций. Умение грамотно формулировать вопросы и аргументировано предметно вести деловую переписку с коллегами смежных подразделений, а также Заказчиком и подрядчиками. Приветствуется опыт работы на строительных объектах в должностях линейных ИТР. Ответственность, целеустремлённость, инициативность, умение работать в условиях многозадачности, нацеленность на результат. Желание учится, развиваться, познавать и расширять горизонты знаний. Условия: Официальное трудоустройство, место работы - объект строительства (ул. Михалковская/метро Коптево/ или Боткинский проезд /Беговая, Динамо/). График работы 5/2. Возможность карьерного роста. Достойный уровень заработной платы (обсуждается с кандидатом по итогам встречи). Годовая премия по итогам работы.
