проводить систематический осмотр и контроль технического состояния конструктивных элементов здания, выявлять неисправности, устранять незначительные неисправности отдельных конструктивных элементов зданий, выполнять мелкий ремонт оконных и дверных заполнений, принимать необходимые меры к недопущению обвалов, падений с высоты любых предметов, а также отдельных частей конструкций зданий; проводить в зимнее время систематический осмотр кровли административных зданий Управления, принимать необходимые меры к своевременной чистки кровли от снега, наледи, сосулек; выполнять мелкий текущий ремонт закрепленных за ним объектов, с выполнением всех видов ремонтных работ, в том числе штукатурных, слесарных, малярных, плотницких, столярных; выполнять мелкий ремонт оборудования, мебели, находящихся в помещениях Управления, разбирать, ремонтировать и собирать простые узлы, механизмы, с применением ручных приспособлений и инструментов; своевременно устранять повреждения и неисправности по указанию начальника административно-хозяйственного отдела; осуществлять, при необходимости, перемещение мебели, оборудования из одного помещения в другое; своевременно проводить работы по замене флага на флагштоке;

Рабочий должен знать: постановления местных органов по вопросам санитарии, внешнего содержания зданий, устройство и правила эксплуатации обслуживаемого оборудования, правила безопасности при выполнении мелких текущих ремонтов отдельных конструктивных элементов зданий, правила и нормы охраны труда, техники безопасности, производственной санитарии, правила пожарной безопасности.
