Рассматривать сметную документацию на этапе приемки от проектирующей организации. Рассчитывать оценочную стоимость заказчика для проведения закупки строительно-монтажных работ, ПИР, СК, АН. Определять стоимость материальных ресурсов на основании анализа текущих цен поставщиков. Готовить сравнительные аналитические таблицы удельных показателей на аналогичные виды работ по новым закупкам и действующим договорам контрагентов на строительно-монтажные работы, ПИР, СК, АН. Готовить стоимостные приложения к заключаемым договорам на строительно- монтажные работы, ПИР, СК, АН в части проверки единичных расценок. Проверять стоимость строительно-монтажных работ, ПИР, АН, СК на этапе приемки выполненных работ на соответствие условиям договора. Готовить предложения по совершенствованию методологии ценообразования строительно-монтажных работ. Рассчитывать стоимость строительно-монтажных работ в процессе бизнес-планирования по закрепленным объектам.

Высшее профессиональное образование (экономическое, инженерно-строительное образование). Опыт работы в аналогичной должности не менее 3 лет. Знание состава, содержание и порядка разработки и составления смет. Знание типовых смет, ГОСТов, расценок и поправочных коэффициентов на ремонтные, монтажные и строительные работы, порядок их финансирования и расчетов с подрядными организациями. Знание базисно-индексного и ресурсного методов составления смет. Знание порядка ведения учетной и отчетной документации по выполнению строительно-монтажных работ по капитальному ремонту. Знание технологии производства и организации ремонтных, монтажных и строительных работ. Знание действующих стандартов, технических условий, положений и инструкций по составлению и оформлению технической документации; методов проведения технических расчетов. Знание компьютерных и профильных программ (Grand Smeta, Grand СтройИнфо, MS Office, 1С: Предприятие, Google Chrome, Консультант +, Outlook). Умение работать с оргтехникой.
