организация медицинской помощи в ЛПУ, с упором на амбулаторно-поликлиническое звено; Совершенствование формы и метода работы, планирование и прогнозирование деятельности поликлиники, расстановку кадров на рабочих местах и их использование в соответствии с квалификацией, формирование нормативной и методической базы, базы материально-технических средств лабораторной и инструментальной диагностики; Координация деятельности амбулаторно-поликлинических служб с другими структурными подразделениями медицинской организации, обеспечение их взаимосвязи в работе; Принятие мер по обеспечению выполнения подчиненным персоналом своих должностных обязанностей и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка; Осуществление контроля за работой амбулаторно-поликлинических служб, качеством проводимого лечения, за соблюдением стандартов медицинской помощи при выполнении медицинским персоналом перечня работ и услуг для диагностики и лечения заболевания у пациентов; непосредственное руководство деятельностью заведующих структурными подразделениями; руководство работой подразделений поликлиники ( амбулаторий) и организация медицинской помощь амбулаторным больным в поликлинике и на дому; Организация и проведение диспансеризации, ПО, УДВН населения. Организация целевых осмотров населения, ДН, вакцинации; Организация профилактических осмотров декретированных групп населения; Проведение медицинских осмотров юношей допризывного и призывного возраста; Участие в решении сложных клинико-экспертных вопросов Проведение анализа заболеваемости, руководство мероприятиями по ее снижению и реабилитации больных; организация и проведение научно-практических конференций, учебных занятий, клинических разборов больных; обеспечение правильной постановки статистического учета и представление в установленные сроки соответствующей отчетности о деятельности больницы.

высшее медицинское образование, в том числе, по специальности "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье"; аккредитация специалиста; коммуникабельность, активность, умение работать в коллективе; опыт работы и дополнительные специальности приветствуются.
