The posting

1) проводит процедуры внутреннего финансового аудита, проверки, ревизии и обследования (далее контрольные мероприятия) по документальному и фактическому изучению законности финансовых и хозяйственных операций, достоверности бюджетного (бухгалтерского) учета и бюджетной (бухгалтерской) отчетности, анализу и оценке состояния финансово-хозяйственной деятельности подведомственных учреждений; 2) представляет начальнику отдела информацию о результатах проведенных контрольных мероприятий, в том числе информацию о выявленных нарушениях; 3) участвует в составлении, проверке, согласовании, утверждении бюджетных смет; 4) участвует в проведении инвентаризаций имущества управления; 5) принимает участие в согласовании штатных расписаний подведомственных управлению государственных учреждений; 6) участвует в составлении кассового плана на планируемый финансовый год и ведении кассового плана в текущем финансовом году; 7) принимает участие в распределении предельных объемов средств бюджета Ставропольского края на планируемый месяц; 8) принимает участие в составлении квартальной и годовой сводной бюджетной отчетности 9) участвует в проверках финансово-хозяйственной деятельности подведомственных учреждений в части целевого использования и эффективности расходования средств бюджета Ставропольского края.

высшее образование не ниже уровня бакалавриат, квалификация по специальности, направление подготовки Бухгалтерский учет и аудит, Финансы и кредит или Экономика без предъявления требований к стажу гражданской службы или стажу по специальности, направлению подготовки.
