получает, хранит и ведет учет медицинских изделий, лекарственных препаратов и дезинфицирующих средств выполняет организацию использования материальных ресурсов в отделении; проводит анализ текущего ресурсного обеспечения и определение ресурсов для деятельности отделения; обеспечивает соблюдение требований к эксплуатации медицинских изделий, применяемых средним медицинским персоналом отделения Обеспечивает сохранность имущества и медицинского инвентаря в отделении, своевременный ремонт оборудования. осуществляет ведение, учет и хранение медицинской документации, в том числе в форме электронного документа составляет личный годовой план работы и годовой план работы отделения, за две недели до начала года представляет на утверждение главному врачу ведет график работы и табель учета рабочего времени сотрудников отделения. Своевременно (согласовав с заведующим отделением) осуществляет замену специалистов, замещая внезапно заболевших или не вышедших на работу. ведет необходимую учетно-отчетную документацию по установленной форме, составляет ежемесячные, квартальные и годовые отчеты составляет график отпусков сотрудников отделения на следующий год, согласовывает и заверяет его у заведующего отделением. Представляет график отпусков за два месяца до окончания текущего года на согласование в отдел по управлению персоналом, с последующим утверждением главным врачом; своевременно доводит до сведения сотрудников отделения соответствующие приказы и распоряжения администрации, а также инструктивно-методические и другие директивные документы; обеспечивает соблюдение лечебно-охранительного режима в структурном подразделении под руководством заведующего отделением разрабатывает и контролирует выполнение планов повышения квалификации среднего медицинского персонала отделения. создает условия для проведения противоэпидемических мероприятий и выполнение работы по организации и проведению карантинных мероприятий и т.д.
