Стратегическое и текущее управление школой: формирование миссии, целей и программы развития образовательной организации, контроль реализации, корректировка по результатам мониторинга. Организация образовательного процесса: обеспечение реализации ФГОС, федеральных образовательных программ, контроль качества обучения, результатов учащихся (в том числе ГИА), динамики образовательных показателей. Управление кадрами: подбор, адаптация, мотивация и развитие педагогического и вспомогательного персонала; распределение нагрузки; организация аттестации; формирование управленческой команды (заместители, руководители методических объединений). Финансово‑хозяйственная деятельность: формирование и исполнение плана финансово‑хозяйственной деятельности; контроль закупок, целевого расходования бюджетных и внебюджетных средств; взаимодействие с бухгалтерией и учредителем. Обеспечение безопасности и условий обучения: контроль соблюдения норм охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, санитарных правил; организация питания, медицинского сопровождения, инклюзивной среды; обеспечение антитеррористической защищённости. Взаимодействие с внешними сторонами: работа с учредителем, контрольно‑надзорными органами, социальными партнёрами, родительским сообществом; представление интересов школы на муниципальном и региональном уровнях. Развитие инфраструктуры и цифровой среды: обновление материально‑технической базы, внедрение цифровых инструментов управления и обучения, развитие школьных пространств, реализация проектов (в т. ч. в рамках нацпроектов и региональных программ). Формирование воспитательной среды: координация воспитательной работы, внеурочной деятельности, профориентации, школьных медиа; поддержка инициатив учащихся и педагогов.

Стаж педагогической и/или руководящей работы не менее 5 лет (в соответствии с квалификационными требованиями к должности руководителя образовательной организации); знание законодательства в сфере образования (ФЗ Об образовании в РФ, ФГОС, СанПиН, ТК РФ и др.), нормативных актов учредителя; опыт формирования и защиты бюджета, работы с планом ФХД, отчётностью; навыки управления командой, разрешения конфликтов, публичных выступлений; готовность к работе с персональными данными, электронным документооборотом, региональными информационными системами в образовании; отсутствие ограничений на занятие педагогической и руководящей деятельностью (в т. ч. судимости).
