Участвовать в разработке годового плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности в части оплаты труда, тарификации сотрудников учреждения в связи с изменением окладов по ПКГ, штатного расписания. Осуществлять начисление стимулирующих выплат согласно действующему Положению об оплате труда. Рассчитывать фонды заработной платы и численность работающих в прикрепленных за ним подразделений с учетом необходимости наиболее рационального использования трудовых ресурсов, обеспечения правильного соотношения работников по категориям персонала. Осуществлять экономический анализ показателей по труду и заработной плате подразделений, выявлять неэффективные расходы и разрабатывать меры по их устранению. Участвовать в разработке системы нормирования труда, с учетом используемых технологий, методик, стандартов выполнения работ, условий труда на рабочих местах и других параметров. Участвовать в проведении хронометражных наблюдений для определения затрат времени проведения лабораторных, рентгенологических, функциональных и ультразвуковых исследований с учетом обновленной материально-технической базы, проводить анализ трудовых функций сотрудников учреждения. Предоставлять периодическую отчетность в установленные сроки. Осуществлять ежемесячный анализ использования ставок в подразделениях учреждения (список прикрепленных подразделений формируется руководителем). Выполнять работу, связанную с незапланированными отчетами, предоставляемые Министерством здравоохранения Свердловской области, Территориальным отделом здравоохранения, ТФОМС и другими контролирующими учреждениями. Выполнять отдельные служебные поручения своего непосредственного руководителя.
