Организация рабочего пространства в регистратуре. Информирование пациентов о режиме работы регистратуры, служб, администрации и специалистов, времени приёма врачей, лабораторий и других подразделений. Разъяснение правил вызова врача на дом, порядка предварительной записи на приём и на лечебно-диагностические исследования. Направление пациентов к ответственным лицам за разъяснением информации, представленной на информационных стендах. Информирование о времени и месте приёма руководителя медицинской организации и его заместителей. Предоставление адресов ближайших аптек . Получение и регистрация медицинской информации о пациентах, обратившихся в учреждение (лично или по телефону). Регистрация вызовов врача на дом и своевременная передача информации врачам. Предварительная запись пациентов на амбулаторные приёмы и консультативные приёмы специалистов, в том числе в автоматизированном режиме. Внесение сведений о пациентах в базу данных и сверка данных с документами, удостоверяющими личность. Оформление медицинских карт амбулаторных больных и контроль за их своевременным возвращением из кабинетов. Оформление и выдача статистического талона . Обеспечение подбора и доставки медицинских карт в кабинет врача. Подтверждение документов, оформленных врачами и выданных пациентам на консультативных приёмах (штампами, печатями).Формирование и ведение картотеки (базы данных) Организация хранения медицинской документации. Раскладывание и маркировка амбулаторных карт в установленном порядке. Предоставление пациенту амбулаторной карты для внешних консультаций. Пополнение сведений в компьютерной базе данных после возврата карт из стационара или других учреждений. Проведение ревизии картотеки и отбор амбулаторных карт для передачи в медицинский архив.
