Работа по направлению разработки статических и динамических уплотнителей автомобиля. Обеспечение качества при разработке комплектующих. Согласование конструкции с подразделениями и поставщиками, формирование заданий на испытания, анализ результатов испытаний; Управление разработкой конструкции в рамках своей области; Формирование пакета технических данных для запуска процесса выбора поставщика; Оценка технических предложений поставщиков и их обсуждение для достижения целей проектов; Определение мер для улучшения конструкции и материалов уплотнителей при проектировании; Внедрение инновационных разработок; Разработка технической документации; Работа в проектных командах.

Высшее техническое образование (инженер-конструктор или инженер-технолог по направлению изделий из эластомерных материалов, резинотехнических изделий); Понимание целей и задач уплотнителей в автомобиле; Опыт непосредственной разработки, постановка на производство на автомобильных заводах или поставщиках изделий. Знания требований по разработке уплотнителей и материалов для их изготовления. Знание технологий производства уплотнителей, оснастки и оборудования для производства, технологий придания дополнительных свойств уплотнителей для обеспечения их работы в контакте со стеклами и кузовом автомобиля; Навыки работы с технической документацией; Опыт работы в программах 3D-моделирования: CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting, Sheet metal Design, Generative Shape Design), NX, T-Flex или других аналогичных программ для разработки 3D моделей.
