Оформление приёма, перевода и увольнения сотрудников: трудовые договоры, приказы, личные карточки, ознакомление с ЛНА Ведение и хранение трудовых книжек, подсчёт стажа, выдача справок, подача ЕФС-1 в СФР Формирование штатного расписания, табелей учёта рабочего времени, графика отпусков Контроль сроков сертификатов, аккредитации и медосмотров медицинского персонала Ведение личных дел сотрудников: сбор и актуализация документов (дипломы, сертификаты, медкнижки, паспорт и т.д.) Ведение ФРМР: корректное заполнение личных карточек, соответствие данных в ФРМР кадровым документам, устранение ошибок Ведение воинского учёта: личные карточки формы №10, сверка данных с военнообязанными, оповещение военкомата о приёме и увольнении в течение 5 рабочих дней Отчётность и сверки: подача отчётов и ответов на запросы военкомата, ежегодная сверка данных о воинском учёте Подготовка отчётности по персоналу: численность, текучесть, структура штата

Имеет опыт ведения кадрового делопроизводства от 6 лет (опыт в медицинской организации будет преимуществом) Отлично знает ТК РФ в части оформления трудовых отношений, отпусков, увольнений Знает порядок ведения воинского учёта в организации: сверка с военнообязанными, ведение личных карточек формы №10, оповещение военкомата о приёме и увольнении Понимает требования к ведению ФРМР (федерального реестра медицинских работников): соответствие данных в ФРМР данным в кадровых документах Уверенно работает в 1С:ЗУП 8.3 и MS Office (Word, Excel) Понимает требования к оформлению медицинских книжек, сертификатов и аккредитации медработников Дисциплинирован, внимателен к деталям и соблюдает конфиденциальность персональных данных
