Инспектор комитета социально-экономического развития и инвестиционной деятельности администрации города, занимающий должность, которая не отнесена к должностям муниципальной службы обязан: оказывать содействие: - в организации работы по заключению договоров между предприятиями торговли, общественного питания и местными товаропроизводителями в целях насыщения потребительского рынка города необходимыми товарами; - в реализации передовых форм и методов организации торговли, общественного питания и бытового обслуживания, использовании научно-технических достижений отечественного опыта в деятельности предприятий потребительского рынка; осуществлять: - подготовку ежеквартального отчета о выполнении плана мероприятий по развитию материально-технической базы торговли и общественного питания; - выдачу согласований соискателям лицензии о наличии возможности выполнения им лицензионных требований и условий; - подготовку ежеквартального статистического отчета о размере инвестиционных вложений на потребительский рынок города; - работу по формированию торгового реестра Тамбовской области; - проведение еженедельного мониторинга цен на продовольственные социально-значимые товары и фиксированный набор товаров; - подготовку ежеквартального отчета по обеспечению населения города услугами торговли и общественного питания; - обобщать результаты мониторинга цен на социально-значимые товары и лекарственные средства группы Народный контроль; - анализ состояния торговли, общественного питания и бытового обслуживания населения города и перспективы их развития; - работу по насыщению потребительского рынка товарами и услугами общественного питания и бытового характера; - мероприятия, направленные на поддержку и развитие малого и среднего предпринимательства в городе; - анализ основных показателей деятельности субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства; - проведение мониторинга обеспеченности жителей города услугами торговли, общественного питания и бытового обслуживания; и прочие...

Знание: - Конституции РФ, федеральных законов, законов Тамбовской области, необходимых для исполнения должностных полномочий; - Устава Тамбовской области и города Моршанска; - профессиональные знания, необходимые для исполнения должностных обязанностей.
