The posting

Бухгалтер отдела организации и оплаты труда выполняет обязанности: - принимает к учету и проверяет на правильность первичные документы по начислению оплаты труда (табеля учета рабочего времени, приказы по заработной плате, заявления на удержания из заработной платы и пр.); - на основании первичных документов начисляет в программе заработную плату всем штатным работникам учреждения; - производит удержания из зар.платы налога на доходы физических лиц, профсоюзных взносов, исполнительным листам; - производит перечисление аванса, заработной платы, отпускных, на зарплатные карточки сотрудников учреждения; - делает свод по з/плате, к которому прилагаются все регистры бухгалтерского учета по заработной плате (расчетно-платежные ведомости, журнал операций №6, свод по страховым взносам, списки на зачисление на счета банковских карт и т.д.); - производит начисление страховых взносов с заработной платы работников учреждения в государственные внебюджетные фонды; - передает в ФСС реестры по больничным листам и пособиям через систему электронного документооборота; - подготавливает в программе отчеты в СФР, ГНИ и отправляет через систему электронного документооборота.
