Консультирование клиентов по тарифам и вопросам, связанным с операционным обслуживанием клиентов; Формирование, проверка, обновление сведений о клиенте; Открытие (закрытие) и ведение счетов клиентов; Осуществление оформления расчетных документов клиентов; Осуществление расчетов по переводам ФЛ по банковским счетам, а также по переводам без открытия счета; Предоставление выписок и справок клиентам; Осуществление операций по аренде банковских сейфов; Осуществление кросс-продаж по РКО клиентов; Оформление приходно-расходных кассовых операций; Осуществление и контроль операций по выполнению условий договора банковского вклада; Осуществление и контроль за открытием, закрытием, переоформлением вкладов клиентов.

Высшее или среднее специальное образование (экономика/менеджмент/финансы и кредит); Опыт работы в банковской сфере; Опыт работы с физлицами и юрлицами в банковской сфере; Знание MS Office; Знание действующего законодательства и нормативных актов ЦБ РФ, относящиеся к вопросам операционно-кассовой работы, обслуживания клиентов.
