Обязанности Проводить осмотр и диагностику хирургических заболеваний у детей (от новорождённых до 18 лет): выявлять врождённые и приобретённые патологии, травмы, воспалительные процессы. Составлять план обследований (лабораторные, инструментальные), интерпретировать результаты. Формулировать диагноз с учётом Международной статистической классификации болезней (МКБ). Разрабатывать план лечения: назначать медикаментозную терапию, лечебное питание, немедикаментозные методы (физиотерапия, ЛФК). Проводить малые и сложные хирургические вмешательства — как плановые, так и экстренные (аппендэктомия, грыжесечение, операции при врождённых пороках и др.). Осуществлять послеоперационное наблюдение: контролировать состояние ребёнка, оценивать динамику восстановления, назначать корректирующее лечение. Оказывать неотложную помощь при травмах, острых болях, подозрении на перитонит, гнойно‑воспалительных процессах. Консультировать родителей: объяснять диагноз, особенности лечения, возможные риски, обучать правилам ухода после операции. Направлять детей на стационарное лечение или в профильные центры при необходимости. Проводить диспансерное наблюдение за детьми с хроническими хирургическими заболеваниями. Участвовать в профилактических осмотрах и диспансеризации. Взаимодействовать с другими специалистами (педиатрами, анестезиологами, неонатологами) для комплексного подхода. Вести медицинскую документацию: заполнять карты, фиксировать ход обследований, операций и наблюдений. При наличии подчинённых — организовывать их работу и контролировать качество выполнения задач. Требования Высшее медицинское образование по специальности «Лечебное дело» или «Педиатрия». Послевузовское образование: интернатура и (или) ординатура по специальности «Детская хирургия». Либо: интернатура/ординатура по смежной специальности и дополнительная профессиональная переподготовка по «Детской хирургии». Действующий сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности «Детская хирургия». Прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров. Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью, установленных законодательством РФ. Знание порядков оказания медицинской помощи, клинических рекомендаций, правил ведения медицинской документации в детском хирургическом профиле. Навыки работы с медицинским оборудованием и информационными системами. Личные качества: стрессоустойчивость, умение быстро принимать решения, эмпатия и тактичность при общении с детьми и родителями.
