Выполнять работу по заданию непосредственного руководителя мастера по эксплуатации и обслуживанию общего имущества и придомовой территории. - Производить уборку придомовой территории. - Производить своевременную очистку крылец подъездов жилых домов, тротуаров, пешеходных дорожек, площадей придомовой территории от снега и льда, посыпку песком. Очистку крышек колодцев, пожарных гидрантов, находящихся на придомовой территории, для свободного доступа к ним в любое время года. - Осуществлять рытье и прочистку канавок и люков для стока воды. - Чистить от мусора уличные урны, расположенные на придомовой территории. - Производить уборку газонов. - В случае обнаружения неисправностей всего наружного домового оборудования и имущества (задоры, карнизы, водосточные трубы, урны, вывески) отсутствие металлических крышек на пожарно гидрантных канализационных колодцах, сообщить мастеру или начальнику службы. - Следить за сохранностью зеленых насаждений и их ограждений. - Оказывать помощь лицам, пострадавшим от несчастного случая, престарелым, больным детям, вызывая в необходимых случаях медицинскую помощь. - Немедленно сообщать своему непосредственному руководителю о любом несчастном случае, происшедшем на производстве, о признаках профессионального заболевания, а также о ситуации, которая может создать угрозу жизни, здоровью людей, аварий и пожаров. - Правильно применять средства коллективной и индивидуальной защиты. - Производить уборку производственных помещений, коридоров. - Приготавливать раствор из моющих средств, периодически менять воду в ведре, для того чтобы уборка производилась только чистыми моющими средствами. - Выполнять уборку помещения в специальной одежде, спецобуви с применением средств индивидуальной защиты. - Производить влажную уборку в подъездах в соответствии с утвержденным графиком.
