Приём рецептов и требований медицинских организаций, отпуск лекарственных средств и изделий медицинского назначения в соответствии с действующими правилами. Контроль хранения лекарственных средств и изделий с учётом их физико-химических свойств и установленных норм. Это включает обеспечение оптимальных условий температуры и влажности, особенно для термолабильных препаратов. Изготовление лекарственных средств . base.garant.rudocs.cntd.ru Контроль качества поступающих и изготовленных в организации лекарственных средств с применением всех видов внутриаптечного контроля и фармацевтического анализа. Это может включать аудит холодовой цепи (для вакцин), осмотр упаковки на повреждения, проверку сертификатов соответствия. Анализ назначений врачей на соответствие нормам и возможным противопоказаниям . Провизор проверяет правильность указания дозировок, способа применения и совместимости лекарственных средств. Управление фармацевтическими запасами: отслеживание поставок, распределение препаратов по отделениям, предотвращение дефицита и истечения срока годности. Для этого могут использоваться специализированные программы учёта и системы калибровки холодильного оборудования. Участие в создании протоколов использования психотропных и наркотических веществ . В том числе оформление заказов на такие препараты от специального счёта, учёт их расхода и хранение под двойным контролем. Разработка стандартов закупки новых технологий и оборудования (например, ингаляторов с ответственными лекарственными средствами). Провизор оценивает их соответствие клиническим рекомендациям Минздрава и удобство для персонала. Проведение регулярных инструктажей для врачей и младшего медперсонала на темы, связанные с применением новых препаратов, биологически активных добавок, рисков самолечения. Участие в формировании внутренней базы данных для ускорения поиска информации о взаимодействии лекарств. Контроль за стерилизацией лекарств, особенно в амбулатории и процедурных кабинетах. Работа с электронными рецептами: контроль того, чтобы каждая цифровая выписка включала информацию о действующем веществе, дозе, способе применения и потенциальных аддитивных эффектах между медикаментами. Обеспечение наличия противовирусных и антибиотиков в период эпидемий и чрезвычайных ситуаций, подготовка пакетов для экстренного транспортирования пациентов.
