The posting

1. Принимать непосредственное участие в организации эффективного взаимодействия Отдела с: 1.1. Структурными подразделениями Учреждения; 1.2. Структурными подразделениями и подведомственными учреждениями Минстроя России, в том числе Департаментом капитальных вложений и Департаментом финансов и имущественных отношений; 1.3. Главными распорядителями средств федерального бюджета, федеральных органов исполнительной власти. 1.4. Осуществить рассмотрение/согласование предложений главных распорядителей средств федерального бюджета на реализацию ФАИП в процессе подготовки проекта федерального закона о федеральном бюджете на очередной финансовый год и плановый период. 2. Осуществлять взаимодействия с подразделениями главных распорядителей средств федерального бюджета, иных органов государственной власти РФ, организаций и учреждений, участвующих в ФАИП. 3. Осуществить рассмотрение/согласование предложений главных распорядителей средств федерального бюджета по внесению изменений в распределение бюджетных ассигнований федерального бюджета на реализацию ФАИП в связи с подготовкой проекта федерального закона о внесении изменений в федеральный закон о федеральном бюджете на текущий финансовый год и плановый период. 4. Осуществить рассмотрение/согласование предложений главных распорядителей средств федерального бюджета по внесению изменений в ФАИП в ходе ее реализации. 5. Осуществить рассмотрение/согласование проектов правовых актов (актов) Правительства Российской Федерации об осуществлении капитальных вложений в объекты капитального строительства (приобретение объектов недвижимого имущества), не включенные в федеральные целевые программы. 6. Осуществить рассмотрение/согласование проектов концепций, корректировок федеральных целевых программ, гос.программ РФ, национальных и федеральных проектов в части ФАИП. 7. Осуществлять работу по подготовке отчетов о ходе реализации ФАИП на основании информации, представляемой главными распорядителями средств федерального бюджета в части ФАИП. 8. Участвовать в подготовке предложений по разработке проектов законодательных актов, нормативных актов Правительства РФ, актов Минстроя России и методических документов по вопросам формирования и реализации ФАИП.

Знание Excel (продвинутый уровень) Опыт работы в ГИИС "Электронный бюджет" Высшее образование (бакалавриат, специалитет, магистратура) Приветствуется опыт работы на государственной службе. (возможно на практике, на стажировке).
