Готовит проекты договоров социального найма, договоров найма жилых помещений специализированного жилищного фонда, проекты соглашений о внесении в них изменений, проекты соглашений о расторжении. Осуществляет начисление платы за социальный найм, формирует и распечатывает квитанции по оплате. Проводит претензионную работу по воппосам задолженности по арендной плате и оплате за социальный найм. Осуществляет подготовку документов по взысканию в судебном порядке задолженности по арендной плате и оплате за социальный найм. Представляет интересы комитета по управлению муниципальным имуществом и муниципальным заказам администрации городского округа Кохма в судебных и администравных органах. Рассматривает обращения граждан и юридических лиц по вопросам своей компетенции. Ведет прием граждан и представителей юридических лиц по вопросам своей компетенции. Осуществляет выход на контрольные мероприятия, осуществляемые Комитетом. Осуществляет взаимодействие со службой судебных приставов по вопросам исполнения судебных актов и актов адмнистративных органов. В отсутствии специалиста Комитета, на которого возложены функции по ведению кадрового делопроизводства, осуществляет ведение кадрового делопроизводства. Готовит проекты правовых актов по вопросам своей компетенции. Выполняет поручения председателя Комитета, а в его отсутствие лица, исполняющего обязанности председателя Комитета, по вопросам своей компетенции.

Знание гражданского, жилищного, земельного законодательства. Кандидат должен иметь навыки письменного делового общения, грамотную речь. Иметь навыки использования правовых систем, пользования офисной техникой.
