Выявление потребностей: задавать уточняющие вопросы по объекту, срокам, бюджету, условиям поставки, чтобы корректно подобрать решение. ∙ Работа с возражениями: спокойно реагировать на дорого/нет бюджета/уже есть поставщик, фиксировать причины отказа и предлагать альтернативы. ∙ Ведение переговоров: вести переписку и звонки в деловом стиле, фиксировать результаты (что обсудили, что обещали, следующий шаг), не терять контакт. ∙ Соблюдение регламентов: работать по воронке продаж, вовремя ставить задачи, не пропускать сроки ответов, информировать руководителя о риск

. Образование: среднее специальное или высшее (техническое, экономическое, строительное - будет плюсом, но не обязательно). ∙ Опыт: 0 1 год в продажах либо стажировки в B2B; готовность к интенсивному обучению. ∙ Навыки работы с ПК: уверенный пользователь MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), работа с электронной почтой и корпоративными мессенджерами. ∙ Владение инструментами ИИ для автоматизации рутинных задач (генерация текстов, обработка данных, подготовка отчётов). ∙ Готовность осваивать CRM быстро разбираться в интерфейсе, вести сделки, заполнять карточки, соблюдать регламенты. ∙ Грамотная устная и письменная речь: умение вести деловую переписку, составлять КП, письма, фиксировать договорённости. . Желание разбираться в продукте: готовность выучить номенклатуру (категории LAN кабеля, типы изоляции, экранирование, сечения, стандарты), быстро ориентироваться в прайсах и технических характеристиках. ∙ Понимание проектных процессов: базовое представление о том, как формируются спецификации, что такое ТЗ, РД, стадии проекта, кто такие проектировщики, ГИПы, снабженцы. ∙ Умение работать с документацией: читать простые схемы/спецификации, понимать обозначения, сопоставлять позиции из запроса с номенклатурой компании, подсказывать аналоги. . Системность и внимание к деталям: не терять файлы, правильно называть и хранить документы, проверять реквизиты, сроки, остатки, условия скидок. ∙ Работа в команде: согласовывать КП и условия с руководителем ∙ Дисциплина: соблюдать график, быть на связи в рабочее время, своевременно отчитываться по задачам (ежедневные/недельные отчёты).
