Знание основ электрики 220/380 В: автоматы, УЗО, контакторы, реле, пускатели, электродвигатели; уверенное пользование мультиметром; Понимание работы приточно-вытяжной вентиляции, вытяжных вентиляторов, кондиционирования, воздушных клапанов, приводов, фильтров, калориферов и датчиков; Понимание работы насосного оборудования: ХВС/ГВС, циркуляционные, повысительные, дренажные, канализационные и скважинные насосы; Знание принципов работы автоматики водоснабжения: датчики и реле давления, защита насосов, частотные преобразователи, контроллеры; Умение работать с контроллерами и пультами управления: просмотр аварий, уставок, температур, давления, состояний входов и выходов; Понимание принципов работы профессионального кухонного оборудования: плиты, печи, пароконвектоматы, посудомоечные машины, холодильное оборудование, кухонные вытяжки и блокировки; Базовые навыки обслуживания автоматических дверей, доводчиков, электромагнитных замков, кнопок выхода, приводов и дверной автоматики; Сантехнические навыки: системы ХВС, ГВС и канализации, устранение протечек и засоров, замена арматуры, сифонов, подводок и смесителей; Умение читать электрические и инженерные схемы, пользоваться паспортами, инструкциями и технической документацией.

Технический склад ума, способность проводить технический анализ неисправностей и находить их первопричину; Понимание взаимосвязи инженерных систем, автоматики, датчиков, исполнительных механизмов и оборудования; Умение оценивать аварийную ситуацию, определять последовательность действий и принимать технически обоснованные решения; Опыт эксплуатации зданий, гостиниц, торговых центров, ресторанов или аналогичных объектов желательно от 1 года; Способность выполнять первичную диагностику оборудования, анализировать параметры его работы и выявлять отклонения до развития аварийной ситуации; Внимательность к показаниям автоматики, посторонним шумам, вибрации, запахам, перегреву, протечкам и другим признакам неисправности; Ответственность за техническое состояние инженерных систем и оперативную отработку заявок в период дежурства;
