1. Выполняет все виды, в том числе газовая, дуговая и ручная сварка любых в том числе особо сложных деталей и узлов агрегатов, трубопроводов и конструкций из различных видов стали, цветных металлов и сплавов. Выполняет сварку узлов, аппаратов и конструкций, находящихся в различных плоскостях. В том числе и работающих под различными видами нагрузок. 2.. Выполняет сварку экспериментальных узлов, сетей и конструкций, из материалов с ограниченной свариваемостью. 3. Выполняет сварку особо сложных деталей и конструкций во всех возможных пространственных положениях будущего сварного шва. 4. Контроль качества сварочных работ

Электрогазосварщик должен знать: - техническое устройство, методы и принципы работы сварочного и смежного оборудования; - правила пользования и применения сварочного и смежного оборудования; - формы и правила подготовки и шва и кромок под последующую сварку; - правила, средства и меры защиты при проведении сварочных работ в защитном газе; - основные виды и типы сварных соединений и швов; - технические термины, обозначение и маркировку сварных швов в документации и чертежах; - виды, свойства и марки применяемых в работе расходных материалов (металлов, электродов, сплавов, флюсов, газов и пр.); - допускаемое к работе и остаточное давление в газовых баллонах; - назначение, условия использования и хранения измерительных и контрольно-тестовых приборов и инструментов; - способы и методы предупреждения дефектов в сварных швах, а так же методы их устранения; - государственные стандарты и габариты лома; - технические требования, предъявляемые к сварочным поверхностям и сварному шву; - способы и методы подбора расходных материалов в зависимости от марок свариваемых конструкций; - строение, методы и способы испытания сварного шва; - основные приемы и технологические моменты сварки и наплавки деталей из различных маркировок сталей и металлов; - нормы расходов материалов при различных способах сварки
