The posting

1) определение индивидуальной нуждаемости граждан в социальном обслуживании; 2) определение порядка и конкретных условий реализации индивидуальной программы предоставления социальных услуг, представленной получателем социальных услуг; 3) организация социального обслуживания получателей социальных услуг с учетом индивидуальной программы предоставления социальных услуг, индивидуальных потребностей и обстоятельств, по которым гражданин признан нуждающимся в социальном обслуживании. 4) Персональное сопровождение ветеранов боевых действий, лиц, принимавших участие в боевых действиях, членов семей погибших (умерших).

К работе допускается лицо: 1) не имеющее или не имевшее судимости за преступления, состав и виды которых установлены законодательством Российской Федерации; 2) прошедшее медицинские осмотры в установленном законодательством порядке. Специалист по социальной работе должен знать: 1) нормативные правовые акты в сфере социальной защиты населения; 2) особенности социальной работы с разными лицами и группами населения; 3) основы составления индивидуальной программы предоставления социальных услуг; 4) основные формы и виды социального обслуживания; 5) состав документов, необходимых для оказания социальных услуг гражданам, обратившимся в социальные службы и учреждения; 6) регламенты ведения документации; 7) основы документоведения, современные стандартные требования к отчетности 8) требования к конфиденциальности личной информации, хранению и оперированию персональными данными граждан и т.д. Специалист по социальной работе должен уметь: 1) проводить индивидуальный опрос граждан с целью выявления их трудной жизненной ситуации; 2) осуществлять социальное консультирование; 3) хранить и обрабатывать персональные данные; 4) вносить полученную информацию в базы данных в соответствии с требованиями программного обеспечения; 5) проявлять чуткость, вежливость, внимание, выдержку, предусмотрительность, терпение к гражданам и учитывать их физическое и психологическое состояние; 6) использовать основные методы, способы и средства получения, хранения, переработки информации, навыки работы с компьютером как средством управления информацией, в том числе в глобальных сетях; 7) работать с документами, составлять отчеты по итогам выполнения деятельности; 8) оформлять документы, необходимые для принятия нуждающихся граждан, на социальное обслуживание 9) направлять получателей социальных услуг в специализированные социальные учреждения 10) осуществлять выезды по месту жительства (фактического пребывания) при необходимости, выявлять потребность в мерах поддержки, социальных и иных услугах 11) быть готовым участвовать в пилотных проектах
