Приём и регистрация корреспонденции, передача её в соответствии с указаниями руководителя конкретным сотрудникам для использования в работе или подготовки ответов. Ведение делопроизводства, в том числе в электронном виде. Подготовка проектов приказов и распоряжений по движению контингента учащихся. Выполнение операций с использованием компьютерной техники по программам, предназначенным для сбора, обработки и предоставления информации. Контроль над своевременным рассмотрением и подготовкой документов и распоряжений, принятых к исполнению конкретными сотрудниками. Составление различных документов, а также подготовка ответов авторам обращений по поручению директора образовательного учреждения или его заместителя. Контроль исполнения сотрудниками изданных приказов и распоряжений, а также соблюдения сроков исполнения указаний и поручений директора, взятых на контроль. Контроль обеспечения директора канцелярскими принадлежностями, средствами организационной техники, а также создание условий, способствующих эффективной работе директора. Формирование дел в соответствии с утверждённой номенклатурой, обеспечение их сохранности и сдача в архив в установленные сроки. Организация приёма посетителей, а также содействие оперативному рассмотрению просьб и предложений сотрудников образовательного учреждения.

Образование: среднее профессиональное или высшее, подтверждённое соответствующим дипломом. Предпочтение отдается специалистам с подготовкой в области документоведения, делопроизводства, менеджмента или педагогики. Документы: медицинская книжка с отметками о прохождении обязательного медицинского осмотра. Справка об отсутствии судимости. Навыки: владение специализированным программным обеспечением, умение разрабатывать и внедрять оптимизированные формы документов и схемы документооборота. Знания: законы и иные нормативные правовые акты, регламентирующие образовательную деятельность, положения и инструкции по ведению делопроизводства, структуру образовательного учреждения и его кадрового состава. Обязанности: приём поступающей в учреждение корреспонденции, ведение делопроизводства, в том числе в электронной форме, составление писем, запросов и других документов, обеспечение исполнения приказов и распоряжений и т. д.. Требования к знаниям и навыкам: навыки оказания первой помощи пострадавшим, соблюдение Конвенции ООН о правах ребёнка, знание порядка действий при возникновении пожара или иной чрезвычайной ситуации и эвакуации.
