Руководитель центра дополнительно образования выполняет следующие виды работ: разрабатывает стратегию развития центра, обеспечивает систематическое взаимодействие с работодателями, органами государственной и исполнительной власти, органами управления образованием, организациями, учреждениями, предприятиями; изучает рынок образовательных услуг и рынок труда по направлениям (специальностям) подготовки центра, обеспечивает учет требований рынка труда в образовательном процессе центра; руководит учебной, методической и научной работой в центре; возглавляет работу по созданию и реализации на практике профессиональных образовательных программ, учебных планов, программ учебных курсов; организует работу по созданию научно-методического и учебно-методического обеспечения учебного процесса; участвует в разработке системы качества подготовки специалистов; координирует деятельность заведующих кафедрами, в рамках работы по дополнительным профессиональным программам, обучающихся (слушателей); создает условия для формирования у обучающихся (слушателей) основных составляющих компетентности, обеспечивающей успешность будущей профессиональной деятельности выпускников; создает и читает авторские курсы по дисциплинам, преподаваемым в центре, в установленном Филиалом порядке и объеме; представляет на утверждение администрации Филиала учебные планы и программы обучения обучающихся (слушателей) центра дополнительного образования; организует и проводит профессионально-ориентационную работу и обеспечивает прием обучающихся (слушателей), осуществляет руководство их профессиональной подготовкой; руководит работой по составлению расписания учебных занятий, приему экзаменов, зачетов, контролирует и обобщает их результаты; контролирует и регулирует организацию учебного процесса; организует контроль и анализ самостоятельной работы обучающихся (слушателей), выполнение индивидуальных образовательных профессиональных программ; представляет к зачислению, отчислению и восстановлению обучающихся (слушателей); обеспечивает внедрение новых технологий обучения и контроля знаний обучающихся (слушателей), обеспечивает в процессе их обучения внедрение дифференцированной и индивидуальной подготовки; возглавляет работу по формированию кадровой политики центра дополнительного образования, осуществляет совместно с заведующими кафедрами подбор кадров профессорско-преподавательского состава; осуществляет разработку планов работы центра дополнительного образования, координацию их с планами работы, несет ответственность за их выполнение; отчитывается о своей работе перед администрацией и советом филиала по основным вопросам деятельности центра дополнительного образования; организует составление и представление центром дополнительного образования текущей и отчетной документации; проводит работу по укреплению и развитию материально-технической базы центра дополнительного образования
