Обязанности: составление сметной документации, ведомостей объемов работ на основании дефектных ведомостей, проверка сметной документации, визирование составленной сметной документации, верное применение расценок и коэффициентов, составление актов по формам: КС-2, КС-3, КС-6; Уверенное владение: - Нормативной базой и методиками ценообразования: ГЭСН, ФЕР, ТЕР, ТСН, МДС, РИМ, методики Минстроя по определению сметной стоимости, индексы пересчёта, коэффициенты. - Строительными нормами и технологией работ: СП, СНиП, понимание, какая расценка соответствует реальному составу работ и условиям производства. - Проектной и рабочей документацией: умение читать чертежи (АР, КР, ИОС), спецификации, ведомости объёмов, узлы и разрезы; корректно извлекать объёмы работ. - Документооборотом и формами: КС‑2, КС‑3, накопительные ведомости, дефектные ведомости, акты на дополнительные работы; правила оформления и обоснования изменений. - Порядком прохождения экспертизы: требования Главгосэкспертизы, типичные замечания, обоснования расценок и объёмов. - обязательные работа в сметных программах (ГРАНД-смета), умение работать с разными расценками, умение составлять требование к сметной документации для проектирования - Умение работать с форматом gge. - Работа с базами и индексами: подбор актуальных расценок, применение коэффициентов на условия, усложняющие факторы, стеснённость, зимнее удорожание и т. п. Деловые и личностные качества: ответственность, исполнительность, оперативность в выполнении поставленных задач, коммуникабельность, готовность к обучению. Навыки владения компьютером: обязательное владение сметными программами (ГРАНД-смета), владение Excel на продвинутом уровне: составление сводных таблиц, формул, проверка данных, сверка объёмов и цен. Условия: Режим работы: гибкий график по согласованию с работодателем; 0,5 ставки Предпочтительное образование, специальность: инженерное образование (например, по специальностям «Промышленное и гражданское строительство», «Городское строительство и хозяйство») либо непрофильное образование плюс профессиональная переподготовка по направлению «Ценообразование и сметное нормирование в строительстве».
