Руководство работниками складского хозяйства и осуществление методического руководства работой склада; Принятие мер по обеспечению сохранности грузов при доставке, погрузке и выгрузке, хранении на складах, не допуская сверхнормативного простоя транспортных средств в соответствии с требованиями Заказчика, производителя, правилами совместного хранения материальных ценностей, ГОСТ 15150-69, иных требований к хранению товарно-материальных ценностей (далее-ТМЦ); Обеспечение учета товарно-материальных ценностей, соблюдение правил оформления складских операций и сдачи первичных приходно-расходных документов; Участие в проведении инвентаризаций и ревизий товарно-материальных ценностей; Руководство работой по приему, складированию, хранению, отпуску, транспортированию товарноматериальных ценностей, их рациональному размещению в помещениях и на площадках; Контроль оформления транспортных и финансовых документов на отправляемые грузы и своевременное составление актов на недостающие получаемые грузы или в связи с порчей, боем, хищением в пути; Составление данных, отражающих информацию о показателях остатков в строительных и вспомогательных материалах, инструментального оборудования и средств индивидуальной защиты (далее-СИЗ); Инициация ускорения поставки необходимого ТМЦ в связи с планируемой потребностью обособленного подразделения (далее-ОП), расходов и остатков ТМЦ; Проведение ежемесячной проверки и сверки задолженности по малой механизации перед Заказчиком и учет фактической номенклатуры малой механизации; Проведение ежемесячной проверки остатков СИЗ и оргтехники; Исполнение задач, предусмотренных нормативными документами Общества; Принятие мер по своевременному ремонту складских помещений, оборудования, инвентаря, оформлению заявок на приобретение необходимых средств механизации; Выполнение отдельных служебных поручений своего непосредственного руководителя.

Стаж работы в организации складского хозяйства на инженерно-технических и руководящих должностях; Знание постановлений, распоряжений, приказов и других руководящих, методических и нормативных документов по организации складского хозяйства, по учету товарно-материальных ценностей; Знание стандартов и технических условий на товарноматериальные ценности; Знание правил хранения и складирования товарноматериальных ценностей; Организация погрузочно-разгрузочных работ; Знание правил технической эксплуатации складского оборудования и вычислительной техники; Знание форм первичных документаций и порядок их заполнения; Знание нормативных документов, касающихся организации оперативного учета; Знание основ организации оперативного учета; Самостоятельность; Коммуникабельность; Умение работать в команде; Работоспособность; Стрессоустойчивость; Исполнительность; Опыт работы с подрядчиками и заказчиками
