Осуществлять руководство в соответствии с действующим законодательством деятельностью предприятия торговли, направлять ее на достижение высоких экономических и финансовых результатов, обеспечивать высокую культуру обслуживания покупателей. Организовывать работу и эффективное взаимодействие структурных подразделений предприятия торговли. Обеспечивать внедрение прогрессивных форм торговли, совершенствовать формы торговли, технологии торгово-оперативного процесса, внедрять новое торгово-технологического оборудование, ускорять оборачиваемость товаров, сокращать товарные потери. Организовывать разработку плана экономического и социального развития предприятий торговли, организационно-технических мероприятий по его выполнению. Проводить анализ хозяйственной деятельности, осуществлять контроль за выполнением планов и заданий, состоянием товарных запасов, наличием в продаже установленного ассортимента товаров, соблюдением правил торговли, культуры обслуживания, санитарно-техническим состоянием магазина. Обеспечивать соблюдение законности в деятельности торгового предприятия. Инкассировать деньги в главную кассу Филиала (Банка). Составлять кассовую отчетность, товарные отчеты, вести книгу кассира-операциониста. Нести ответственность за правильность расчета с потребителем. Соблюдать правила применения контрольно-кассовой техники при осуществлении наличных денежных расчетов и (или) расчетов с использованием ' платежных карт; типовые правила эксплуатации контрольно-кассовых машин при осуществлении денежных расчетов с населением; правила ведения кассовых операций. Обеспечивать контроль за сохранностью материальных ценностей. Осуществлять обслуживание посетителей согласно действующих стандартов, знать установленный ассортимент товаров. Вести учет реализованных товаров, координировать работы с мобильными терминалами и кассовыми аппаратами. Рассматривать претензии, связанные с неудовлетворительным обслуживанием посетителей, проводить необходимые организационно-, технические мероприятия. Осуществлять контроль за соответствующим оформлением помещений, следить за размещением, обновлением и состоянием рекламы внутри помещения и на здании.

Управление всеми аспектами деятельности, связанных с предприятием торговли для обеспечения эффективной, качественной и бесперебойной работы. Решение административно-хозяйственных, кадровых и финансово- экономических вопросов.
