Обязанности: Следить за порядком рабочего места. Организовывать работы по приведению в рабочее состояние дорожек для игры в боулинг. К открытию заведения привести в готовность к приему посетителей зону отдыха и игры в боулинг, освещение, мониторы на дорожках и плазменные панели. Вести документацию по учету работы дорожек (таблицу контроля работы боулинга, журнал передачи смены, журнал механика). Проверять перед началом рабочего дня по описи наличие оборудования, технических средств, количество шаров, их состояние и исправность. Встречать посетителей, отвечать на вопросы о ценах, о проведении различных мероприятий, о действующих скидках и т.д. Провожать посетителей на свободное место или предварительно заказанную дорожку, вызвать официанта, если официант занят подать меню самостоятельно. Осуществлять контроль за проходом посетителей в игровую зону в специальной обуви или бахилах. Осуществлять помощь посетителям в выборе шара. Проводить краткий инструктаж посетителей по правилам поведения в игровой зоне. Контролировать обучать, консультировать посетителей боулинга. Оповещать механика о сбое на дорожках, неисправностях оборудования, докладывать механику, о возникших поломках, приведших к закрытию дорожки. Принимать все необходимые меры к их устранению. Осуществлять, в случае необходимости, перевод игроков с одной дорожки на другую, тактично объяснив причину. Вести беседу с клиентами только в доброжелательной форме, прислушиваться к каждому пожеланию. В конце смены доводить до сведения руководства все замечания, пожелания, недовольства посетителей. После игры посетителей протирать шары от масла и убирать их на стойку.
