Осуществление организации сбыта продукции организации. Разработка и предоставление планов продаж для утверждения их руководителем организации. Составление итоговых отчетов по продажам, ведение рабочей и отчетной документации. Разработка стратегий для отдела продаж. Внедрение новейших программ мотивации сотрудников. Проведение переговоров с клиентами компании. Координация и организация работы отдела продаж. Содействие развитию партнерских отношений с клиентами на долгий срок. Систематизация и анализ клиентской базы компании, данных продаж, изменений рыночной конъюнктуры и эффективности рекламных стратегий организации. Распределение заявок и клиентов среди менеджеров отдела продаж. Заключение договоров на реализацию продукции. Обеспечение безопасных условий труда для подчиненных сотрудников. Организация повышения квалификации менеджеров отдела и их обучения. Осуществление отбора менеджеров в отдел продаж, а также контроля: - за квалификацией сотрудников отдела; - за своевременностью отгрузки товаров; - за состоянием платежей в отделе продаж; - за выполнением планов продаж и других установленных показателей; - за правильностью заключения договоров менеджерами отдела; - за выполнением обязательств по договорам; - за исполнением сотрудниками отдела продаж технологии процесса продаж и других локальных актов компании.

Опыт работы на швейных фабриках Китая/Индии/Непала/Пакистана. Знания особенностей тканей и маркировки. Свободное общение на английском, индийском, непальском языках и урду.
