Ведение и обработка документации связанной с ГСМ; ведение складского учета в программе 1С-Бухгалтерия, ведение первичной бухгалтерской документации (платежные поручения, путевые листы).

Необходимо знать: - нормативно правовые акты Российской Федерации, регламентирующие отношения в сфере бухгалтерского учета, налогах и сборах, аудиторской деятельности, архивном деле, социальном и медицинском страховании, пенсионном обеспечении и составления отчетности, хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности; - законодательство Российской Федерации о противодействии коррупции; - порядок систематизации, учета и ведения документации с использованием современных информационных технологий; - кодексы этики профессионального бухгалтера и корпоративного управления; - правила и нормы охраны труда; - специальные знания, необходимые для исполнения должностных обязанностей в зависимости от функций отдела бухгалтерского учета и материально-технического обеспечения. Должен обладать следующими профессиональными умениями: - работать с людьми; - вести деловые переговоры; - иметь развитые навыки коммуникации; - умение управлять временем; - владение навыками конструктивной критики; - владение красноречием; - владение навыками делового письма; - умение внимательно слушать коллег; - умение эффективно и последовательно организовать работу по взаимосвязям с другими ведомствами; - умение разрабатывать план конкретных действий; - владение компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, а также необходимым программным обеспечением; - быть ответственным по отношению к людям; - быть отзывчивым. 2.2.5. Ведущий специалист должен обладать следующими функциональными знаниями: - практику применения нормативно-правовых актов по направлениям деятельности отдела; - методы учета и экономического анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, порядок разработки нормативов материальных, финансовых и трудовых затрат; - правила финансирования из государственного бюджета; - основы экономики, организации труда и управления; - нормы этики и делового общения. Должен обладать следующими функциональными умениями: - организация работ по ведению бухгалтерского учета учреждения; -соблюдение порядка оформления первичных учетных документов; - подготовка аналитических, информационных и других материалов; - осуществление контроля исполнения предписаний и решений контрольно-надзорных органов; - рассмотрение запросов, обращений, ходатайств, уведомлений, жалоб; - обеспечение сохранности бухгалтерских документов; - работа с информационными системами и базами данных.
