осуществление технического надзора (строительного контроля) за выполнением строительно-монтажных работ; проверка качества и технологии строительно-монтажных работ, применяемых материалов, изделий, конструкций; проверка соответствия выполняемых работ проектно-сметной документации; ведение фотофиксации; осуществление контроля за ходом выполнения планов капитального ремонта, в том числе календарного графика, графика движения рабочей силы по объекту и т.д.; промежуточная приемка выполненных подрядной организацией объемов работ; приемка законченного объекта капитального ремонта; принятие участия в работе комиссии по приемке объекта; представление установленной отчетности; контроль ведения технической, договорной, первичной учетной и отчетной документации, учет исполнительной документации; контроль и приемка выполнения скрытых работ, контроль за строительными городками, складированием материалов, строительными лесами; приемка качества и объемов выполненных работ, проверка и подписание КС-2; контроль производства работ на объекте, подготовка и согласование дополнительных соглашений, подготовка отчетов о ходе работ на объекте; осуществление взаимодействия с Авторским надзором и контролирующими органами; ведение переписки с подрядными организациями.

высшее техническое образование (Водоснабжение и водоотведение или ПГС) повышение квалификации по направлению: "Безопасность строительства и осуществление строительного контроля" не позднее 5 лет; опыт работы в области строительства не менее 10 лет, в том числе опыт работы в строительном контроле (техническом надзоре) не менее 3 лет; уверенный пользователь MS Office, AutoCAD (уверенные навыки проверки смет и строительных чертежей на все виды работ); навык ведения технической документации; опыт взаимодействия с подрядными организациями; уверенное применение в работе действующих нормативных документов, СНиПов, ГОСТов и др.; знание правил и методик подсчета объемов, технологий строительства и ремонтных работ, общее понимание расчета сметных нормативов, опыт приемки законченных объектов.
