Прием первичных документов от Заказчиков согласно Графику документооборота. Контроль за правильностью оформления первичных документов, необходимых для организации учета по принятым обязательствам перед поставщиками и подрядчиками и по учету расчетов с подотчетными лицами. Контроль за соблюдением порядка документооборота, технологии обработки учетной информации и ее защиты от несанкционированного доступа в пределах своей компетенции. Обеспечение своевременного и достоверного отражения на счетах бухгалтерского учета операций, связанных с расчетами: - по оказанным услугам, работам; - по начислению пособий и иных социальных выплат; - по зачету обязательств по выполненным работам, оказанным услугам; -по списанию задолженности по принятым обязательствам, невостребованной кредиторами и дебиторской задолженности, нереальной к взысканию; - по произведенным расходам подотчетного лица согласно утвержденному руководителем отчету о расходах подотчетного лица; - по учету сумм бюджетных обязательств, принятых учреждением в пределах утвержденных ему на текущий, очередной финансовый год, первый и второй года планового периода и иных очередных годах бюджетных ассигнований, лимитов бюджетных обязательств, а также сумм внесенных изменений в показатели принятых в течение текущего финансового года бюджетных обязательств (обязательств).
