The posting

Контроль соблюдения ПДД участниками движения. Инспектор следит за тем, чтобы водители, пешеходы и иные участники движения соблюдали правила, выявляет нарушения и принимает меры к их пресечению. Остановка транспортных средств и пешеходов при наличии законных оснований (например, признаки нарушения, ориентировки, проведение рейдов). При остановке инспектор обязан представиться, назвать должность и звание, разъяснить причину. Проверка документов. Проверяются водительское удостоверение, регистрационные документы на транспортное средство, полис ОСАГО, документы на груз (при необходимости), а также иные документы, предусмотренные законодательством. Выявление водителей в состоянии опьянения. Инспектор проводит освидетельствование на состояние алкогольного опьянения с применением алкотестера, оформляет соответствующие материалы; при необходимости организует направление на медосвидетельствование. Оформление административных правонарушений. Составляются протоколы и постановления по делам об административных правонарушениях, фиксируются доказательства (в том числе фото‑ и видеофиксация), берутся объяснения участников и свидетелей. Работа на месте ДТП. Инспектор осматривает место происшествия, фиксирует обстановку (составление схемы, фотофиксация), устанавливает обстоятельства, оформляет документы по ДТП, при необходимости организует эвакуацию транспортных средств, регулирует движение в зоне аварии. Регулирование дорожного движения. В случаях неисправности светофоров, аварий, ремонтных работ или иных помех инспектор вручную регулирует потоки транспорта и пешеходов, организует объезды, временное ограничение движения. Обеспечение безопасности дорожного движения на закреплённом участке. Включает профилактику ДТП, выявление аварийно‑опасных участков, контроль состояния дорожных знаков, разметки, ограждений, информирование ответственных служб о выявленных недостатках.

Возраст до 50 лет, образование не ниже среднего специального или высшее образование, годность к службе по состоянию здоровья, отсутствие судимости, опыт службы в Вооруженных силах Российской Федерации является преимуществом при рассмотрении кандидата.
