Сбор жалоб, анамнеза жизни и заболевания, эпидемиологического анамнеза у пациентов (их законных представителей) с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Физикальное исследование пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями (осмотр, пальпация, перкуссия, аускультация). Обосновывать и планировать объём инструментального обследования пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Обосновывать и планировать объём лабораторных исследований пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Интерпретировать и анализировать результаты осмотра и обследования пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Выявлять клинические симптомы и синдромы у пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Использовать алгоритм постановки диагноза (основного, сопутствующего и осложнений) с учётом МКБ, применять методы дифференциальной диагностики пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Разрабатывать план лечения пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Обосновывать применение лекарственных препаратов и немедикаментозного лечения для пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Назначать лекарственные препараты и медицинские изделия пациентам с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями, анализировать действие лекарственных препаратов и (или) медицинских изделий. Проводить мониторинг эффективности и безопасности использования лекарственных препаратов и медицинских изделий для пациентов с инфекционными заболеваниями и (или) состояниями. Проводить диспансерное наблюдение за пациентами при инфекционных заболеваниях и (или) состояниях. Проводить санитарно-просветительную работу по формированию здорового образа жизни, профилактике инфекционных заболеваний. Оформлять и направлять экстренное извещение при выявлении инфекционного или профессионального заболевания, представлять внеочередные донесения о возникновении чрезвычайной ситуации.

Соблюдение врачебной тайны, принципов врачебной этики и деонтологии в работе с пациентами (их законными представителями), коллегами. Дисциплинированность, коммуникабельность, ответственность.
