The posting

Медицинский логопед исполняет следующие обязанности: Диагностическая работа: Выявляет пациентов с нарушениями речи, обследует их, определяет структуру и степень выраженности у них речевых нарушений (оценка состояния речи, голоса, глотания и пр.). Планирует и проводит логопедическое обследование пациентов с нарушениями речи с учетом возраста, уровня речевого развития, индивидуальных психофизических особенностей. Разрабатывает, корректирует, реализует содержание программ логопедической помощи для пациентов с нарушениями речи. Лечебная-профилактическая работа: Проводит логопедические занятия (индивидуальные и групповые) с пациентами с нарушениями речи, предусмотренные программой логопедической помощи, осуществляет максимальную коррекцию недостатков речи у пациентов с нарушениями речи, осуществляет их динамическое наблюдение. Проводит коррекционно-развивающие, психопрофилактические и психогигиенические мероприятия по снижению риска прогрессирования нарушений речи. Проводит мероприятия по развитию коммуникативных компетенций пациентов с нарушениями речи (речевой, альтернативной, дополнительной), в том числе с использованием вспомогательных средств и ассистивных технологий. Организует развитие у пациентов с нарушениями речи компетенций, необходимых для жизни человека в обществе, на основе планомерного введения в более сложную социальную среду, расширения повседневного жизненного опыта, социальных контактов с окружающими людьми. Проводит мероприятия по профессиональной ориентации пациентов с нарушениями речи. Организационно-методическая работа: Составляет заключения по результатам логопедического обследования лиц с нарушениями речи. Определяет направления и содержание, методы и средства реализации мероприятий психолого-педагогической реабилитации (абилитации) пациентов с нарушениями речи с целью оптимизации речевого развития и коррекции нарушений, повышения качества жизни и социальной адаптации. Ведет медицинскую документацию в установленном порядке. Оказывает консультативную помощь врачам других подразделений Учреждения по своей специальности.

имеющее высшее образование по одной из специальностей или одному из направлений подготовки: "Биология", "Клиническая психология", "Педагогическое образование", "Психология", "Психолого-педагогическое образование", "Социология", "Специальное (дефектологическое) образование", "Филология" и повышение квалификации по направлению профессиональной деятельности однократно в объеме не менее 450 часов, без предъявления требований к стажу работы.
