1. Внутренний контроль за соблюдением порядка отпуска лекарственных препаратов и товаров аптечного ассортимента; 2. Делопроизводство по ведению организационно-распорядительных и отчетных документов; 3. Изучение спроса и потребности на различные группы лекарственных препаратов и других товаров аптечного ассортимента; 4. Отпуск лекарственных препаратов и других товаров аптечного ассортимента в подразделения медицинской организации; 5. Проведение приемочного контроля поступающих лекарственных средств; 6. Изъятие из обращения лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента, пришедших в негодность, с истекшим сроком годности, фальсифицированной, контрафактной и недоброкачественной продукции; 7. Регистрация результатов приемочного контроля поступающих лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента в установленном порядке; 8. Ведение предметно-количественного учета определенных групп лекарственных средств; 9. Сортировка поступающих лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента с учетом их физико-химических свойств, требований к условиям, режиму хранения особых групп лекарственных средств; 10. Обеспечение, контроль соблюдения режимов и условий хранения, необходимых для сохранения качества, эффективности, безопасности лекарственных средств и других товаров аптечного ассортимента, их физической сохранности; 11. Ведение отчетной документации в установленном порядке; 12. Информирование врачей о новых современных лекарственных препаратах, синонимах и аналогах, о возможных побочных действиях лекарственных препаратов, их взаимодействии; 13. Обеспечение наличия в аптеке необходимого ассортимента лекарственных препаратов рецептурного и безрецептурного отпуска (работа с поставщиками, определение потребности и заказ товара, маркетинговый анализ, анализ дефектуры и др.); 14. Использование компьютеризированных программ (1С Аптека больничная); 15. Осуществление контроля за рациональным использованием оборудования, инвентаря, его своевременный ремонт; 16. Соблюдение санитарного и фармацевтического режима;

высшее профессиональное (фармацевтическое) образование специалитет, повышение квалификации не реже одного раза в пять лет в течение всей трудовой деятельности без предъявления требований к опыту практической работы.
