рассматривать информацию и осуществлять подготовку необходимых материалов и документов по применению мер ответственности к лицам, в действиях (бездействиях) которых содержатся признаки административных правонарушений; осуществлять контроль по вопросам своевременного поступления штрафов по постановлениям о привлечении к административной ответственности; представлять интересы Комитета в арбитражных судах, судах общей юрисдикции, налоговых органах, в иных надзорно-контрольных органах; осуществлять подготовку материалов для обращения в подразделения судебных приставов-исполнителей по месту нахождения лиц, привлеченных к административной ответственности и не оплативших в срок суммы штрафов, наложенных должностными лицами Комитета, осуществлять непосредственное взаимодействие с приставами-исполнителями в процессе исполнительного производства; участвовать в рассмотрении жалоб участников закупок и осуществляет подготовку материалов, документов по итогам рассмотрения жалоб; проводить оценку соответствия и мониторинга соответствия планов закупки товаров, работ, услуг, планов закупки инновационной продукции, высокотехнологичной продукции, лекарственных средств, проектов таких планов, изменений, внесенных в такие планы, проектов изменений, вносимых в такие планы, годовых отчетов о закупке у субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства, годовых отчетов о закупке инновационной продукции, высокотехнологичной продукции (в части закупки у субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства) требованиям законодательства Российской Федерации, предусматривающим участие субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в закупке и другие

Главный специалист-эксперта должен иметь высшее образование, не ниже уровня бакалавриата по одному из следующих направлений подготовки (специальностей): Юриспруденция, Правоведение, иные направления подготовки (специальности), содержащиеся в ранее применяемых перечнях специальностей и направлений подготовки, для которых законодательством об образовании Российской Федерации установлено соответствие указанным направлениям подготовки (специальностям). Для замещения должности главного специалиста-эксперта требования к стажу государственной гражданской службы или стажуработы по специальности, направлению подготовки не предъявляются.
