1. Осуществляет работу по экономическому планированию, направленному на организацию рациональной и эффективной хозяйственной деятельности Учреждения; 2. Подготавливает данные для составления проектов бюджетных смет с разбивкой по месяцам и кварталам, выполняет расчет расходных показателей и обоснования к ним, доводит до сведения утвержденные показатели бюджетных смет директору Учреждения; 3. Осуществляет подготовку исходных данных для проведения расчетов экономических и социально экономических показателей, характеризующих деятельность Учреждения; 4. Проводит расчеты экономических и социально экономических показателей по типовым методикам с учетом действующей нормативной правовой базы; 5. Осуществляет формирование объемов финансирования Учреждения на очередной год и плановый период; 6. Проверяет правильность составления бюджетных смет Учреждения; 7. Осуществляет разработку экономических разделов планов Учреждения; 8. Рассматривает обращения, запросы, информацию исполнительных органов государственной власти автономного округа, органов местного самоуправления муниципальных образований в автономном округе, иных государственных органов, организаций и физических лиц и дает по ним заключения, в пределах компетенции отдела; 9. Осуществляет контроль исполнения законодательства Российской Федерации, автономного округа Учреждением; 10. Подготавливает периодическую (оперативную, экономическую, статистическую) отчетность в установленные сроки; 11. Формирует перечень особо ценного движимого имущества Учреждения; 12. Выполняет работы по формированию, ведению и хранению базы данных планово экономической информации, вносит предложения по внесению изменений в справочную и нормативную информацию, используемую при обработке данных; 13. Осуществляет выполнение отдельных мероприятий в рамках исполнения государственных функций Учреждения, утвержденных приказами департамента образования Ямало Ненецкого автономного округа; 14. Формирует (участвует в формировании) штатного расписания и тарификационных списков Учреждения.
