Проведение плановых и внеплановых проверок страховых медицинских организаций и медицинских организаций по вопросам соблюдения законодательства в сфере обязательного медицинского страхования и целевого использования средств ОМС. Исполнение обязанностей руководителя комиссии (рабочей группы) при проведении контрольных мероприятий: подготовка программы и рабочего плана проверки, распределение заданий между членами комиссии, направление запросов о предоставлении документов, координация работы комиссии, контроль сроков и качества выполнения поставленных задач. Анализ бухгалтерской, финансовой и иной отчетности проверяемых организаций. Выявление нарушений, систематизация и обобщение материалов проверки. Составление актов проверок, служебных записок, проектов приказов, запросов, аналитических справок и отчетных материалов. Рассмотрение возражений проверяемых организаций на акты проверок, подготовка проектов ответов и предложений по результатам контрольных мероприятий. Ведение учета, обеспечение сохранности и конфиденциальности материалов проверок. Проведение внутреннего финансового аудита бюджетных процедур структурных подразделений ТФОМС КБР: оценка надежности внутреннего финансового контроля, выявление и оценка бюджетных рисков, подготовка предложений по их минимизации, проверка достоверности бюджетной отчетности.

Стаж работы не менее 3 лет на бухгалтерских, экономических, контрольно-ревизионных или аналитических должностях. Необходимы навыки анализа финансово-хозяйственных документов, проведения проверок, подготовки актов и аналитических материалов. Требуются внимательность, ответственность, грамотная письменная речь, умение анализировать большой объем документов, формулировать обоснованные выводы и аргументировать выявленные нарушения.
