Обязанности: - проводить прием и оказывать экстренную помощь всем больным, поступающим в приемное отделение. В соответствии с выше указанным должен обеспечить: 1. Раннее выявление заболевания и своевременную постановку диагноза. 2. Обследование, лечение и наблюдение за больным. 3.Своевременную госпитализацию больных. 4. Всестороннюю консультативную помощь, консультации специалистов больницы и внебольничных специальностей (психиатра, дерматолога, инфекциониста, фтизиатра) у больных с неустановленным диагнозом: - в случае выявления инфекционных больных или подозрение на пищевую токсикоинфекцию обеспечивает своевременную и раннюю госпитализацию в инфекционный стационар, проведение противоэпидемических мероприятий, сигнализирует заведующему отделением, в СЭС, заполняет экстренное извещение; - проводить консультации больных отделений больницы, нуждающихся в экстренной помощи; - принимать дежурства у врачей всех стационаров в субботу, воскресенье и праздничные дни; - ставить в известность заведующего отделением о всех административных замечаниях по больнице, экстренных больных, поступающих за дежурство; - вести истории болезни или амбулаторные карты путем записи в них состояние больных и все лечебно-диагностические мероприятия. Всех экстренных больных передавать специальному врачу; - систематически работать над совершенствованием своего труда и повышением квалификации. 5. Обязанности работника в области охраны труда. Обязанности работника в области охраны труда определены статьей 214 ТК РФ. Работник обязан: 5.1. Соблюдать требования охраны труда; 5.2. Правильно применять средства индивидуальной и коллективной защиты; 5.3. Проходить обучение безопасным методам и приемам выполнения работ и оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим на производстве, инструктаж по охране труда, стажировку на рабочем месте, проверку знаний требований охраны труда; 5.4. Немедленно извещать своего непосредственного или вышестоящего руководителя о любой
