Возглавлять работу группы ОСР, организовывать и координировать работу подчиненных ему сотрудников. Осуществлять технический надзор за качеством производства выполняемых строительно-монтажных работ, контролировать ход выполнения планов капитального строительства. Проверять своевременность выполнения строительно-монтажными организациями устранения замечаний и предложений авторского надзора, проектных организаций, ИГСН РТ. Вести приёмку объёмов выполненных работ. Проверять и подписывать исполнительно-технической документацию предъявляемую в ИГСН РТ для проведения промежуточных проверок и получения ЗОС. Взаимодействовать с ИГСН РТ, Исполнительным комитетом города, БТИ, МУП СГР, УК, генподрядной и проектной организацией. Оформлять исходно-разрешительную документацию на стадии строительства и ввода объекта в эксплуатацию. Консультировать, разъяснять необходимую информацию по вопросам строительного контроля, технического надзора, градостроительного кодекса, нормативно правовых актов специалистам группы ОСР. Принимать участие в заседании производственных штабов, совещаниях по проектированию, рассмотрению и согласованию возникающих в ходе строительства изменений проектных решений. Изучать изменения в строительном законодательстве, нормативной документации которыми руководствуется ИГСН, на основании чего вносить предложения по изменению проекта.

высшее техническое образование (строительство), знание основных положений СНиП, ГОСТ и других нормативных документов, касающихся строительства и инженерного обеспечения объектов; уверенный пользователь ПК.
