The posting

2.1. Планирует развитие материально-технической базы учреждения. 2.2. Обеспечивает хозяйственное обслуживание учреждения в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты, а также контроль за исправностью оборудования ( освещения, систем отопления, вентиляции и др.). 2.3. Принимает участие в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов основных фондов (зданий, систем водоснабжения, воздухопроводов и других сооружений), составлении смет хозяйственных расходов. 2.4. Организует проведение ремонта помещений, осуществляет контроль качества выполнения ремонтных работ. 2.5. Обеспечивает структурные подразделения предприятия мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарем, средствами механизации труда, осуществляет наблюдение за их сохранностью и проведением своевременного ремонта. 2.6. Организует оформление необходимых документов для заключения договоров аренды помещений, на оказание услуг, получение и хранение канцелярских принадлежностей, необходимых хозяйственных материалов, оборудования и инвентаря, а также ведение учета их расходования и составление установленной отчетности. 2.7. Контролирует рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. 2.8. Участвует, возглавляет комиссии Дворца в рамках своих компетенций. 2.9. Осуществляет подбор и расстановку обслуживающего персонала. 2.10. Оценивает и регулирует работу обслуживающего персонала. 2.11. Руководит работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории, праздничному художественному оформлению фасадов зданий. 2.12. Организует хозяйственное обслуживание проводимых в учреждении мероприятий с детьми, совещаний, конференций, семинаров и т.п. 2.13. Принимает меры по внедрению современных средств связи, вычислительной и организационной техники. 2.14. Контролирует выполнение требований правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, охраны труда работников административно-хозяйственной части. 2.15. Руководит работой подчиненных сотрудников. Ведет учет рабочего времени (табель) подчиненных сотрудников. 2.16. Ведет отчетность в рамках своих полномочий. 2.17. Организует проведение погрузочно-разгрузочных работ с соблюдением правил техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты;
