На базе собственного производства, объединяя несколько бизнес-направлений, мы являемся одним из крупнейших поставщиков товаров для отдыха, авто и мото товаров на рынке РФ. Сегодня мы развиваем перспективное направление системы накопления и хранения электроэнергии с возможностью интеграции в общую электросеть: пауэрбанки, солнечные модули, контроллеры заряда батарей, накопительные аккумуляторы различных типов, инверторы и другое энергооборудование среднего, полупрофессионального и премиального классов. Ищем руководителя, который возглавит продажи в этом сегменте и вместе с нами выйдет на новый уровень. Обязанности Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию продаж систем накопления и хранения энергии; Формировать и развивать команду продаж: наставничество и обучение сотрудников; Анализировать рынок, находить новые возможности роста и расширять клиентскую базу; Вести переговоры с ключевыми клиентами и заключать крупные контракты; Выстраивать взаимодействие с отделами закупок, производством и маркетингом для достижения общих целей. Требования Опыт работы в категории Системы накопления и хранения электроэнергии от 3 лет; Практический опыт управления командой продаж; Глубокое понимание рынка систем накопления и хранения электроэнергии: знание ключевых игроков и тенденций; Навыки ведения переговоров на уровне первых лиц компаний, опыт заключения крупных сделок; Аналитический склад ума, уверенная работа с цифрами и построение прогнозов; Высшее образование (техническое или экономическое) будет преимуществом; Готовность работать в офисе Условия Конкурентоспособную заработную плату от 100 000 ₽ и выше по итогам собеседования обсуждаем индивидуально; Официальное трудоустройство по трудовому договору; График работы 5/2, с 8:00 до 17:00; Работу в стабильной компании с 17-летней историей и собственным производством; Возможность влиять на развитие нового, быстрорастущего направления рынка.
