Осуществляет приемку выполняемых объемов горных, строительно-монтажных, пуско-наладочных работ за каждый месяц от подрядных организаций. Производит ежемесячное составление актов выполненных хозспособом горно-проходческих, горно-монтажных, строительных и монтажных работ по форме КС-2. Проверяет и подтверждает подписью правильность применения расценок, ресурсов и индексов договорных цен. Сверяет выполненные строительно-монтажные и горные работы в базисных и текущих ценах. Проверяет и корректирует справку КС-3 на оплату за выполненные объемы работ. Составляет реестр и ведет лимит выполненных объемов горных работ за текущий период в базисных и текущих ценах. Составляет реестр на снятие в базисных и текущих ценах совместно с подрядчиком, если в таковом имеется необходимость. Отслеживает использование сметного лимита по объектам строительства, изыскивает резервы на непредвиденные работы и затраты. Ведет ведомость выполненных объемов горных работ по объектам за текущий месяц и с начала строительства в базисных и текущих ценах. Работает с проектировщиком по сметным вопросам. Ведет накопительный учет выполненных работ и обеспечивает хранение подписанных документов. Выполняет анализ поступающей сметной документации и готовит замечания проектировщику по устранению выявленных ошибок. Контролирует составление и выполняет проверку смет на дополнительные работы, предоставляемых подрядными организациями. Отслеживает изменение нормативно-сметной документации и информирует о них руководство. Посещает объекты при приемке выполненных объемов работ. Выполняет другие обязанности, логически вытекающие из задач и характера деятельности отдела, а также разовые поручения и дополнительные задания непосредственного руководителя. Соблюдает правил по охране труда и технике безопасности.

Высшее профессиональное (техническое или экономическое) образование и стаж работы на инженерно-технических должностях в шахтном строительстве не менее 2 лет. должен знать: Законодательные акты, постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие нормативные акты, методические материалы по ценообразованию в строительстве, сметной и договорной работе. Организацию сметной работы. Ценообразование в строительстве. Методические, нормативные и другие руководящие материалы по определению договорных цен на строительно-монтажные работы, ресурсный метод расчета за выполненные работы. Организацию приемки и учета строительно-монтажных работ. Порядок и сроки составления установленной отчетности. Основы технологии шахтного строительства и горного производства. Организацию статистического учета, планово-учетную документацию, сроки и порядок составления отчетности. Правила финансирования строительства. Средства вычислительной техники, программное обеспечение. Правила эксплуатации вычислительной техники, возможности ее применения для осуществления задач, являющихся обязанностью горного инженера-сметчика . Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, иные локальные нормативные акты в пределах своей компетенции. Правила и нормы охраны труда и техники безопасности.
