Сопровождение корпоративных процедур в Обществе, его дочерних (зависимых) обществах; Подготовка и оформление материалов для проведения Общих собраний участников/акционеров, заседаний Советов директоров, Правлений Общества, его дочерних обществ; Сопровождение сделок с акциями, долями, недвижимым имуществом; Взаимодействие с гос. органами по вопросам оформления объектов недвижимости в т.ч. земельных участков; Подготовка учредительных документов, обеспечение принятия корпоративных решений, связанных с внесением изменений в учредительные документы Общества, его дочерних (зависимых) обществ; Разработка акционерных соглашений, корпоративных договоров, внутренних локальных нормативных документов; Взаимодействие с депозитариями, реестродержателями, обеспечивающими учет прав на акции дочерних (зависимых) и управляемых обществ; Взаимодействие с нотариусами, налоговыми органами, ФАС.

Высшее образование (юридическое); Релевантный опыт работы не менее 3-ти лет в крупных предприятиях с холдинговой структурой; Практический опыт в подготовке и проведении всего спектра корпоративных мероприятий: Общих собраний участников/акционеров, заседаний Советов директоров/Наблюдательных советов, Правлений; Опыт взаимодействия с государственными органами (ФНС, ФАС, Росреестр и др.); Опыт разработки учредительных документов, акционерных соглашений, корпоративных договоров, внутренних локальных нормативных документов, заключении сделок с акциями и долями; Самостоятельность, активность, коммуникабельность, высокие аналитические способности, стрессоустойчивость, структурированный подход к решению производственных задач, умение работать в команде, проектный подход к решению задач.
