ГКБУК Пермский краеведческий музей примет на работу заведующего отделом по управлению персоналом и охраной труда. От соискателей требуется стаж работы в данном направлении, высшее образование, способность работать в условиях многозадачности и стремление к саморазвитию. Основные направления деятельности: Разработка и реализация кадровой политики музея. Оценка кадровой потребности в соответствии с целями музея. Обеспечение соблюдения трудового законодательства и внутренних нормативных актов. Контроль оформления приёма, перевода и увольнения сотрудников, ведение личных дел и трудовых книжек. Организация ведения кадрового документооборота, включая составление графиков отпусков, воинский учёт. Составляет установленную отчетность по кадровой работе. Ведёт табельный учёт сотрудников. Проводит анализ кадровой работы и предлагает меры по её улучшению. Организует подбор новых сотрудников, организует обучение и повышение квалификации персонала. Контролирует соблюдение трудовой дисциплины и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка.
