The posting

Укладка звеньев и одиночных труб из разных материалов: стали, чугуна, бетона, железобетона, асбестоцемента, керамики, полимерных материалов. Диаметры варьируются встречаются задачи и для труб до 500 мм, и для более крупных. Сборка стальных труб в плети, укладка (в том числе методом продавливания с помощью гидравлических и ручных домкратов). Подготовка концов стальных труб: зачистка, опиловка, правка (калибровка), снятие наружного грата специальными агрегатами. Разметка и установка скользящих опор под трубопровод, их поддержание при прихватке стыков. Установка фасонных частей (фасонные части, задвижки, сифоны, гидрозатворы, сальники), фланцевых соединений (свёртывание постоянными болтами), компенсаторов. Заделка стыков и раструбов (например, битумными мастиками). Пробивка отверстий механизированным инструментом в стенах камер и колодцев для ввода труб. Укладка железобетонных плит основания и перекрытия коллекторов, каналов, камер и колодцев. Врезка в действующую сеть (канализации, водостока)

Знание свойства материалов (сталь, чугун, железобетон, полимеры и т.д.), а также требования к их качеству. Правила устройства оснований под трубопроводы (в траншеях и котлованах). Правила заделки раструбов и стыков, установки фасонных частей, задвижек, сифонов, сальников. Правила сборки труб (в том числе стальных с продольными сварными швами) в звенья и плети. Правила проведения испытаний трубопроводов (гидравлических, воздушных). Правила транспортировки, хранения и складирования материалов. Правила выполнения такелажных работ и применения такелажного оборудования. Правила чтения рабочих чертежей. Способы устранения распространённых дефектов монтажа.
