The posting

Обеспечивать контроль и мониторинг выполнения договорных обязательств перед Заказчиком, ежемесячно составлять и предоставлять Заказчику отчет по результатам работы отдела. Осуществление технической эксплуатации и содержания обслуживаемых зданий (строений, помещений), их оборудованием (лифтовое хозяйство, электрооборудование, система отопления, вентиляции и др.) в соответствии с требованиями стандартов, правил, инструкций, чертежей. Проводить обходы внутренней и прилегающей территории комплекса, с целью контроля службы уборки, конструктивных недостатков внутренней и наружной отделки зданий, с предоставлением отчета по электронной почте, либо сообщения в мессенджере непосредственному руководителю. Анализировать, оценивать, обеспечивать текущие условия эксплуатации лифтов. Контролировать учет и хранение на Объекте расходных материалов для технического обслуживания и ремонта, инструмента, приобретенных в рамках бюджета Общества. Контролировать своевременность предоставления подрядными организациями и поставщиками услуг финансовых документов, проверять правильность их оформления, своевременно передавать отчетные и финансовые документы в бухгалтерию Общества. Участвовать в подготовке технических заданий на оказание услуг. Обеспечивать ежегодное формирование бюджета доходов и расходов (БДР) Объекта, анализ расходов, внесение изменений в БДР Объекта. Руководить и распределять задачи между подчиненными работниками. Участвовать в составлении их должностных инструкций, контролировать их исполнение. Вести служебную переписку в рамках должностных обязанностей.

Высшее техническое образование; Опыт работы по данному направлению от 3-х лет; Уверенный пользователь MS Office.
